So I have noticed that my last couple “posts” have, quite frankly, been quite pitiful. I can’t even call them posts, one or two lines does NOT suffice for a post, but then again I was out of town but that is the end of that!

My Christmas was pretty good I drove to Calgary and visited my grandma and great-grandma for a couple days before proceeding to Banff for my brother’s birthday. It was pretty fun minus my huge blister and the unbelievably sore legs that I had after skiing. We then drove to Airdrie to spend a couple days with some family friends. We met on family of friends for lunch that we had not seen for probably six or more years which was awesome and really good to see them again and we also went shopping!!! I must say, Colin is a great shopper! He holds your bags and purse for you in the stores and gives you an honest answer about if something looks good or not! I need to shop with him more often!! Haha! And then came New Years. It wasn’t one of the crazy ones that you sometimes hear people talking about, I only had one cooler, but it was interesting none the less. I was creeped out by a girl about 13 years old who sat down across from everybody and wrote notes while looking from one of us to the next and other than that we watched movies. Oh, and I got to look after the drunk, puking kid by myself. It turns out that nobody else could handle it without puking themselves so I was given a new charge. It wasn’t that bad though as, even though he was drunk, he was still pretty funny!

All in all it was a pretty good vacation but I must say that I am ready to go back to school, even though I haven’t bought a single textbook yet! Haha!! Oh well, it starts again!
